Processing time:

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. .

 Estimated shipping times:

It normally takes 2-7 business days to print, and if apparel, to also cut and sew your item (s), depending on the current demand. We do our best to meet these production and shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and longer time frames through holiday peak times.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

 Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges.

On non-personalized products we do returns and exchanges gladly. Just contact us at our email: returns@maazanis.com

We gladly accept cancellations on all orders within 12 hours: Request a cancellation . We don't accept returns or exchanges on custom made to order, personalized items unless there is a flaw in the fabric or print design. Please contact us our email orders@maazanis.com if you have any problems with your order will do our best to work with you.

Custom and personalized orders

Custom printed orders are non-refundable. If there is an issue with your order, we will be happy to work with you to come to a solution. Since all our items are handmade, there may be variations between or even within an order.

Items are not returnable due to sizing issues. Since all garments are printed and made-to-order, we cannot replace/remake a garment that was not ordered in the correct size. Please choose the correct size by referring to our measurement charts.

In an effort to reduce the impact of returned products, Maazani Design Co. reserves the right to donate or recycle any returned or undelivered items as deemed appropriate in its sole discretion.

What do I do if an order has not been received?

IF TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED:

  1. Check the tracking # first. If you don’t have the tracking number, we can provide it for you.
  2. Please check with their local post office and/or your neighbors, as often this is where ‘lost’ orders seem to end up!
  3. At peak times (like around Christmas and other holidays), please do allow a little longer time for your order to arrive.

 IF TRACKING SHOWS RETURNED TO SENDER – INCORRECT ADDRESS

We will not refund nor assume liability for orders that are lost due to the incorrect shipping address. Buyers may request a reshipment attempt but will be responsible for fees associated with additional delivery attempts. 

IF TRACKING SHOWS NO INFO
If an order has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 60 days since the order was processed, you may request a refund or have the order resent free-of-charge.

If an order arrives damaged, we’re happy to send a replacement. Please send photos of the damaged part to email: support@maazanis.com along with the order number. We will replace any items damaged or poor-quality at no additional cost.
